Vhona AI is business intelligence for South African service SMBs.
Today: upload a CSV, map the columns, read health KPIs, ask why, and get a morning brief. Every figure is cited to your rows. When Vhona cannot cite them, it stops. Later: a SQL database, then Google Sheets and accounting apps. WhatsApp follows those connectors.
Excel and CSV work in this release. A SQL database is the next source, alongside CSV. Google Sheets, Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, and Wave are later live connectors. WhatsApp and Slack are later delivery channels.
The current release is one path: upload and map a CSV, then health KPIs, a receipted why, and a morning brief. Later items are named here in full.
Built for owners of South African service businesses. The heavy lifting is the citation, so a number you cannot check does not appear.
Bring an Excel or CSV export. Confirm the columns Vhona guessed, including a balance column when the file has one.
Revenue, expenses, and profit for the latest period against the one before. Cash appears only when a usable balance is in the file.
Ask why a number moved. The answer cites the transactions. Open the receipt and read those rows.
On the next visit, one verified snapshot and one explanation. The same citation rule as why.
When the rows cannot support the answer, Vhona says "Can't verify that yet." The brief says "No verified brief today."
Built for South African businesses, with an audit-friendly trail from the question back to the rows.
Upload and map, health KPIs, a receipted why, then a morning brief. SQL, Sheets, and WhatsApp wait for a later release.
Export a CSV from Excel or your books. Confirm the columns. That mapped file is the source that works today.
Revenue, expenses, and profit, compared with the previous period. Cash stays on the page only when the balance column has usable values.
Ask why a KPI moved and get a receipt of the rows. Come back for one morning brief. Missing rows end the answer.
Indicative monthly prices. We will confirm them before launch. A 14-day trial is planned for that launch.
